Baris是一位跨越四大洲的酒店运营管理者。自1997年进入酒店与旅游职业高中起，他便与酒店业结下不解之缘，2005年获得酒店管理学士学位后，更将全部热忱投入这一领域。他的职业足迹遍及土耳其、美国、澳大利亚和中国，多元文化浸润赋予他卓越的情商与跨文化领导力。他曾服务于瑰丽、迪玛里斯湾等奢华度假品牌，以及尼依格罗、马哥孛罗、香格里拉等城市地标酒店，积累了深厚的运营管理经验，并对中国本土市场有着深入的理解。流利的中文、英文与母语土耳其语，让他自如穿梭于不同市场，精准把握本土客群与全球旅者的需求。工作之余，他热爱骑行、跑步与阅读，以持续城市探索的姿态，诠释玛珂“创格者”精神。

In this role, he will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations and management, leading his team to continually provide a wide range of service and experience, creating inspiring and unexpected moments for every guest, and ensuring the hotel remains at the forefront of urban trends and lifestyles.

Baris is an accomplished hospitality operations leader with experience spanning four continents. His career in the hospitality industry began in 1997 when he enrolled in a vocational high school for hotel and tourism studies, a passion further developed after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management in 2005. His professional journey has taken him across Turkey, the United States, Australia and China, where this multicultural immersion has refined his exceptional emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities across cultures. He has held key roles with luxury resort brands such as Rosewood and D Maris Bay, as well as iconic urban hotels including Niccolo, Marco Polo and Shangri-La, gaining extensive operational expertise and profound insight into the Chinese domestic market. Fluent in Mandarin, English and his mother language Turkish, Baris adeptly navigates diverse markets and effectively anticipates the needs of both local guests and global travellers. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, running and reading, embodying Maqo’s ‘Editor’ spirit through continuous urban exploration.
