洲际酒店集团欣然宣布，任命黄凯先生为海口华彩洲际酒店总经理，自2026年1月1日起生效，黄凯先生将直接向洲际酒店集团奢华与生活方式及高端奢华运营负责人董彬先生汇报。

黄凯先生是一位成就卓越的酒店管理人，拥有逾三十年国际高端酒店从业经验。他的职业生涯深耕于高端酒店领域，先后服务于洲际酒店集团及其他多家领先的奢华酒店集团。他与洲际酒店集团的缘分始于重庆扬子江假日酒店，此后曾在香格里拉、凯宾斯基、雅高等知名酒店集团担任关键领导职务，职业发展稳步攀升。

自 2019 年重返洲际酒店集团以来，黄凯先生展现出卓越的领导才能：他先出任成都皇冠假日酒店及成都假日酒店双品牌的综合体总经理，后调任昆明洲际酒店总经理。在他的带领下，所负责的酒店均取得了斐然的商业成绩，并屡获殊荣，包括洲际酒店集团的金龙奖与银龙奖。黄凯先生凭借其提升经营业绩、实现投资回报最大化以及与业主方建立坚实互信关系的战略远见，广受业界认可。

作为一名富有激情且务实的领导者，黄凯先生始终将宾客与团队成员的需求置于首位。他擅长培育注重品质与创新的企业文化，而这正是打造卓越宾客体验、实现高水平团队凝聚力的根基。目前，他正攻读瑞士酒店管理学院酒店管理硕士学位，充分彰显了对专业领域持续深耕的执着追求。

IHG Hotel Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Toby Huang as General Manager of InterContinental Haikou Seaview, effective January 1, 2026 and Acting Area General Manager, Hainan Province from April 1, 2026 onwards. In this dual role, Toby will report directly to Brian Tong, Head of Operations, Luxury & Lifestyle, Upper Luxury.

Toby is an accomplished hotelier with over three decades of distinguished international experience, cultivated within IHG and other leading luxury hotel groups. His journey with IHG began at Holiday Inn Yangtze Chongqing, and his career has since flourished through key leadership positions with renowned brands such as Shangri-La, Kempinski, and Accor.

Since rejoining IHG in 2019, Toby has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership—first as Complex General Manager for Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn in Chengdu, and most recently as General Manager of InterContinental Kunming. Under his stewardship, these hotels have achieved remarkable commercial success and have been repeatedly honored with prestigious awards, including the IHG Golden and Silver Dragon Awards. Toby is widely recognized for his strategic acumen in driving commercial performance, maximizing return on investment, and cultivating strong, trust-based partnerships with ownership groups.

A passionate and hands-on leader, Toby is deeply committed to our guests and colleagues. He excels at fostering a culture of quality and innovation, which is fundamental to delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving high levels of team engagement. His dedication to professional growth is further demonstrated by his current pursuit of a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Toby enjoys traveling with his family, fitness, music, and movies. He is a strategic and creative leader whose extensive experience and people-centric approach make him ideally suited to lead the InterContinental Haikou Seaview team and champion our continued growth and success in Hainan.
