近日，洲际酒店集团正式任命任琰博（Kevin Ren）先生为西安高新逸衡酒店总经理，全面负责酒店筹备及开业后运营管理工作。

任琰博先生的职业发展历程再次印证了洲际酒店集团践行“成长的空间”承诺的又一典范。凭借近12年的酒店行业从业经验，他积累了扎实的运营管理基础。其职业生涯始于香格里拉酒店集团，并长期效力于洲际酒店集团。

在洲际酒店集团的丰富履历中，他曾担任多家品牌（包括假日酒店及华邑酒店）的行政副经理、房务总监等运营管理职务。自2021年起加入洲际集团房务委员会，担任东北及内蒙古区域房务业务支持领导人，在此期间充分展现了其在关键绩效领域推动发展的运营管理能力。

任琰博先生在其职业生涯中，成功完成多个享有盛誉的洲际酒店领导力发展项目，其中包括 “GC Hotel No.2培训项目“（2023年）、“北区人才发展计划（2024年）”及“晋阶总经理发展项目”（2025年）。工作之余，任琰博先生热衷探索美食文化并积极参与健身运动来保持活力。

Recently，Intercontinental Hotels Group announced the appointment of Mr. Ren Yan Bo (Kevin) as the General Manager of Hotel EVEN Xi’an High Tech Zone. He will be fully responsible for the hotel’s pre-opening and operational management.

Kevin’s career development is another great example of IHG commitment for Room to Grow! With over 12 years of working experience in the hospitality industry, which brings him with solid operational background. He began his career with Shangri-La and spent most of it with IHG.

His extensive journey within IHG includes leadership roles such as Executive Assistant Manager across multiple brands, including Holiday Inn and HUALUXE. From 2021, he also served as the IHG Cluster Rooms Champion for Northeast China & Inner Mongolia, demonstrating his expertise in driving key performance areas.

Kevin is also a graduate of several prestigious IHG leadership development programs, including the global Hotel GC No. 2 project (2023), the North Talent For Good initiative (2024), and the Journey to GM program (2025).
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys exploring gourmet cuisine and staying active through sports.

In his new role, it is expected that Mr. Ren Yan Bo will leverage his seasoned operation management strengths, uphold Intercontinental Hotels Group True Hospitality Service Skills, and infuse innovative thinking into the hotel’s operations, and embark on a new chapter of excellence.
