近日，雅高酒店集团任命罗明晖（Toni Luo）先生（上图）为西宁新华联索菲特大酒店及诗铂高级服务公寓总经理，全面负责酒店及服务公寓的整体运营及战略管理工作。

罗明晖先生，酒店管理及国际金融专业毕业，拥有超20年的海内外酒店从业经历及管理经验，积累了卓越的酒店管理专业能力。曾先后任职于希尔顿酒店集团，洲际酒店集团，金茂酒店集团，雅高酒店集团。职业履历遍布新西兰，上海、山东、西安…等。在多年丰富的酒店行业生涯中，他以广阔的国际化视野和不懈创新精神为酒店做出了诸多贡献。同时凭借精益求精的专业能力，行之有效的营销拓展策略，为所在酒店创造了显著的业绩。

A seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of international experience, Mr. Toni Luo holds academic credentials in Hotel Management and International Finance. His distinguished career spans leadership roles with globally renowned hotel groups, including Hilton, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Jinmao Hotels & Resorts, and Accor, with postings across New Zealand, Shanghai,Shandong, Xi’an, and beyond. Renowned for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and innovative mindset, Mr. Toni Luo has consistently driven exceptional performance through refined management practices and dynamic business development strategies.
