This appointment marks a new chapter in the development of T'ang Court Chinese Restaurant. Mr. Leslie Du's expertise and experience will lead T'ang Court to continue to innovate in the field of Cantonese cuisine and provide guests with even more fascinating culinary experiences. Mr. Du has over 20 years of experience in international luxury hotel food and beverage management and is a highly skilled and innovative Chinese culinary master. He has worked in luxury hotels in Beijing, Sanya, Bangkok, the United Arab Emirates and many other countries and cities, accumulating profound professional knowledge and excellent management skills. For more than two decades, Mr. Du has devoted himself to deepening his expertise in Cantonese cuisine. While inheriting the culture of Cantonese cuisine, he continues to innovate and develop new dishes. He has successfully hosted leaders from many countries and has been recognized as one of the “Top 25 Best Chinese Restaurants” by Time Out magazine. He is also a frequent contributor to the Bangkok Post, earning him high recognition in the industry. With his crafty dishes, he has built a bridge for cultural exchange between Chinese and foreign cuisines. Mr. Du says that over the years, his career has been like a gustatory journey through time.
