近日，洲际酒店集团正式任命黄海平（Norman Huang）先生担任成都温江皇冠假日酒店及成都温江温泉智选假日酒店总经理一职，全面负责两家酒店整体运营与管理工作。

黄海平先生是一位从业超过二十年的资深酒店经理人。曾在万豪国际酒店集团、香格里拉集团和洲际酒店集团旗下的多家酒店担任重要管理职位，足迹遍布舟山、杭州、常州、厦门、福州、中山、沈阳，在餐饮运营及市场销售拓展方面有着相当丰富的经验。在此次履新之前，黄海平先生在福州东湖万豪酒店担任酒店总经理一职，凭借其对市场动态的敏锐捕捉与深刻洞察、高效的执行力以及卓越的领导力，屡次带领酒店团队完成酒店各项目标，创造佳绩。

Recently, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has appointed Mr. Norman Huang as the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Chengdu Wenjiang and Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Wenjiang Hotspring. He will be fully responsible for the overall operation and management of the two hotels.

Mr. Norman Huang has established himself as a seasoned hotelier with over two decades of extensive experience. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held pivotal management roles at numerous properties under renowned Marriott International, Shangri-La Group, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). His professional journey has taken him to multiple cities in China, including Zhoushan, Hangzhou, Changzhou, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Zhongshan, and Shenyang, where he has accumulated profound expertise in food and beverage operations, as well as sales and marketing expansion. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Norman Huang served as the General Manager of Fuzhou Marriott Hotel Riverside. Renowned for his acute market sensitivity, strategic foresight, and exceptional leadership, he consistently led his team to achieve and exceed various operational targets, delivering outstanding results and setting new benchmarks for success. 

Mr. Norman Huang’s arrival is expected to bring renewed energy and vision to Crowne Plaza Chengdu Wenjiang and Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Wenjiang Hotspring.
