January 1, 2025 - Pan Pacific Hotels Group announced the promotion of Ms. Kellin Zhang to the position of General Manager of the Pan Pacific Tianjin. As the new General Manager, she will oversee the overall operations and management of the hotel, leading the Pan Pacific Tianjin team to achieve new heights of success.

Ms. Kellin Zhang has held positions in star-rated hotels in first-tier cities such as Shenzhen and Beijing. She joined the Pan Pacific Tianjin in 2016 as the Acting Director of Sales and Marketing, and subsequently served as the Director of Sales and Marketing, Executive Assistant Manager, and Hotel Manager. With her solid knowledge and experience in hotel sales, marketing, and operations, she played a key role in positioning the Pan Pacific Tianjin as a "Service Excellence Hotel" on Ctrip.
